ABOUT THE OMAs
By presenting the Outmusic Awards, LARA is dedicated to ensuring that LGBT music culture and heritage is recognized and celebrated as an integral contribution to media, music & entertainment history.

It is important that the contributions and achievements of LGBT people are included in the history of the world. The more LGBT people are known for their contirbutions, the more impact we can make in changing hearts and minds.

ABOUT
The Outmusic Awards is the biggest night in LGBT music & entertainement. Our mission is to educate, raise awareness and ensure that the contributions and achievements of marginalized LGBT artists and creative industry professionals are acknowledged, documented, celebrated and archived into media, music and entertainment history. To support our missions, we film the OUTMUSIC Awards live to tape. LARA relies heavily on the tax deductible donations to support the production of this important event and video archives.
