Outmusic Inc. is the premiere 501c3 non-profit charitable organization that serves as the umbrella to LARA the LGBT Academy of Recording Arts home to the OUTmusic Awards. All donations are non-refundable tax deductible donations. The organization was created to promote the advancement and appreciation of LGBT music culture & heritage as a recognized artform, create opportunities to support the development of young aspiring artists, increase visibility in honoring, documenting and archiving the contributions and achievements of marginalized LGBT artists into music & entertainment history.

To commemorate the 25th Anniversary of LARA (LGBT Academy of Recording Arts), we are offering a special commemorative fee to join and support the Academy. 

 

25 years ago, we offered membership levels of $25.00 for individuals or $50.00 for duo/group or business to join and support LARA (see below). As a Patron of the Arts, you have the option to donate any amount you would like to give.

Choose the recording artist level of membership if you are a documented recording artist that has commercially released: CD/Record Album LP, Single or EP in hard copy or digital via online outlets (i.e.CD Baby, iTunes, Rhapsody, Amazon, Soundcloud, Reverbnation etc).
