Outmusic Inc. is the premiere 501c3 non-profit charitable organization that serves as the umbrella to LARA the LGBT Academy of Recording Arts home to the OUTmusic Awards. All donations are non-refundable tax deductible donations. The organization was created to promote the advancement and appreciation of LGBT music culture & heritage as a recognized artform, create opportunities to support the development of young aspiring artists, increase visibility in honoring, documenting and archiving the contributions and achievements of marginalized LGBT artists into music & entertainment history.

Deepa Soul dedicates her full self to be of service through her music and other talents. She believes that music is supposed set you free and inspire others to be free. She is leading the movement to Amplify the Sound of Freedom. Deepa Soul is also known as Diedra Meredith the Executive Producer of the OUTmusic Awards, Chairwoman of The LGBT Academy of Recording Arts (LARA) and CEO of Outmusic Inc. She is also an accomplished multi-instrumentalist and 3 time top 5 Billboard Chart Topping recording artist. She always finds time to be a humanitarian and activist which earned her recognition and honors for community service from the NAACP. In 2011, she received a Proclamation from New York Senator Eric Adams for her self funded community service working with homeless and at risk youth. In February of 2013, she was also honored for Black History Month by members of the Actors Fund at the Aurora, and served as Honorary Co-Chair for the Black Women's Blue Print “Mother Tongue Monologues” at the Schomberg Center for Research in Black Culture.
